Job description
- Develop business for Baltics
- Accessories sales and profit responsibility
- In cooperation with marketing department to supervise a marketing and branding activities
- Support, drive and engage the contracted sales functions
- Focus segments development : Increase share of business in existing customers by using Distribution index
- Execution of the regional product and sales strategy in the different channels
- Transfer and develop the Accessories product knowledge to the internal and external stakeholders
- Develop a detailed market knowledge on competition, pricing, trends and user groups
- Manage Power Tools - accessories product portfolio
- Identify product requirements/ gaps for new vertical markets (e.g. shipyards, Oil and Gas, furniture)
- Implementation of promotions to increase share of business with dealers and users
- Creation and implementation of annual business plan
- Implementation of local events and trainings
- Budget responsibility in the country
Requirements
- Profound product & market knowledge.
- Can do attitude, resilient, solution provider, team player
- Pro-active, entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Can work independently
- Spoken languages: Latvian or Lithuanian or Estonian, good English and preferable Russian language skills
- Time by time ready to go for a business trips
