As the supervisor in the Technology Service Center team, you will lead a team of technical support specialists, that are primarily focused on application sanity testing and new code validation during system changes. You will be hiring and onboarding new hires, and by providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring to your direct reports, you will help them grow in the organization and deliver their best results. Moreover, you will always look for opportunities to improve testing efficiency, quality as well as employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Part of the responsibility will be working with automation teams to have standard testing automated, and testing processes improved.
For this role, you'll need previous experience in either customer support, application testing or a similar role in the technical department. To succeed, you need to have excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and have demonstrated empathy, teamwork, and leadership qualities in previous roles. You will have a customer-centric mindset toward our customers, stakeholders, colleagues, and management, and experience working in a multicultural environment. You will need to be able to prioritize tasks effectively when dealing with multiple problems and stay focused in crisis situations. Previous experience in a people manager role or testing automation would give you a big advantage.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1783 – 2880 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
