BRANCH MANAGER

Our client is an international group of companies that is expanding globally in purchasing and B-to-B service sectors. The group is present on four continents and in over 15 markets.

Currently the company is looking for an independent and reliable

BRANCH MANAGER
TO WORK IN DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO

who will be responsible for further developing local market, establishing purchasing operations, hiring local team and taking care of customers.

Requirements for the candidates:
• Independent, entrepreneurial, self-driven personality, open to cultural differences with a
high sense of responsibility.
• Experience in Business development and managing of purchasing operations overseas (would be an advantage).
• An open and sociable personality with excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels.
• Excellent analytical skills, fast learner, able to switch priorities, strong planning and organizing abilities.
• Result focused, committed, flexible and with a positive „can do” spirit;
• Resistance to stress and positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of English language, both spoken and written (French language would be an advantage)
• University education.
• Experience and clean drivers’ license.
• Ability and willingness to live outside Lithuania for at least 2-3 years.
