Job description

Live support builds trust between the company and its clients, and no AI-based solutions can replace a real agent. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be assisting customers on their questions, and more importantly – making their user experience better. Being a helping hand on the other side of the screen, you will fulfill Bankera’s promise of high-quality services, as well as contribute to the aim of creating long-term value. By joining our Client Support Specialist team, you will learn a lot about innovative FinTech solutions and acquire professional skills.
