By combining asset financing, fintech, AI-based underwriting and proprietary car portals, MOGO Kenya enables these local entrepreneurs (motorcycle taxi riders, Uber/Bolt drivers and small business owners) to find and purchase their own vehicle.
We are looking for an Sales Operations Manager to lead the department of used vehicle sales in Kenya.
What you will do:
- Be responsible for strategic, operational, and tactical decisions of the used vehicle sales unit (team, locations, pricing, inventory management, processes, costs, fraud prevention, etc.)
- Ensure coordinated daily operations by managing, motivating and training a team of 50+ employees
- Oversee 15+ current point of sale locations and develop expansion plan for new branches across Kenya
- Work closely with Business Analysts & IT teams to implement automated processes in our proprietary ERP system
- Monitor and analyze results. Make timely data-driven decisions
What you will need:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Administration, Consulting, Finance, Engineering, Logistics or similar experience
- University degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a similar field
- Hands-on approach and "getting things done" mindset
- Performance-oriented business thinking & analytical mindset
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Fluent in English
- Willing to relocate to Nairobi, Kenya
