This role includes requirement/system analysis of web-based enterprise-level e-government solutions in Lithuania and other countries.

• Communicating with clients to understand their business needs and raised requirements to come up with an appropriate solution.
• Analyzing & systemizing requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, flowcharts to present it to the internal team & customer.
• Examining current systems and producing specifications for new or modified systems.
• Coordinating the entire analysis process from analysis of procurement requirements to the system specification and change management.
• Participation in sales activities – proposal writing.
• Scope & change management.

• Understanding of software & systems development
• Previous experience in IT System Analysis (or similar role) at least 3 years
• Strong analytical, critical thinking & planning skills
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Mathematics, or Engineering)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian
• System Analyst certification (advantage)
• Ability to work with data modelling and data visualization tools (advantage)
• Requirement modelling skills (e.g. UML, BPMN, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize your work according to tight deadlines
