MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role includes requirement/system analysis of web-based enterprise-level e-government solutions in Lithuania and other countries.
- Communicating with clients to understand their business needs and raised requirements to come up with an appropriate solution.
- Analyzing & systemizing requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, flowcharts to present it to the internal team & customer.
- Examining current systems and producing specifications for new or modified systems.
- Coordinating the entire analysis process from analysis of procurement requirements to the system specification and change management.
- Participation in sales activities – proposal writing.
- Scope & change management.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Understanding of software & systems development
- Previous experience in IT System Analysis (or similar role) at least 3 years
- Strong analytical, critical thinking & planning skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Mathematics, or Engineering)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian
- System Analyst certification (advantage)
- Ability to work with data modelling and data visualization tools (advantage)
- Requirement modelling skills (e.g. UML, BPMN, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize your work according to tight deadlines
