Requirements for candidates
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, or another relevant field;
- 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or product management (experience in the FMCG sector would be an advantage; especially in creating new products, promoting brand/product values, and growing brand awareness);
- Creating an annual marketing and communications plan and its implementation; budgeting. Working with 2b2 partners by coordinating their marketing activities/campaigns and analytics;
- Managing new products launch and development; Coordination of the POS materials creation;
- International expos participation with a booth would be a plus;
- Good knowledge of digital formats and sales platforms, as well as online engagement principles;
- English - fluent. Other language knowledge would be an advantage;
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
- Creative mind and sense of elegant style;
- Excellent presentation skills.
Job description
- Prepare annual marketing plan, aligning with campaigns, events, product launches, PR, and other updates;
- Pricing policy building;
- Coordinate new products launch and communications plan; Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point; coordinate communication channels;
- Review inventory levels and ensure product sell-out through marketing campaigns internally and externally;
- Coordination of the outsourced digital marketing team to reach approved online sales targets, including official e-shop.
- Ensure consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone of voice) in all the Company's sales channels: retail, beauty salons, online, and pharma.
- Coordinate Company's B2B clients (distributors, retailers, e-retailers) in marketing development in their sales channels/countries; review/coordinate their annual marketing plans and ensure they align with the Company's marketing plan; analyze obtained financial results after each campaign; adjust further actions if required.
- Coordinate Company's participation during the annual international exhibitions with the Brands' booth (next expo - Cosmoprof Bologna - March 2023, Italy)
- Consult sales team regarding Brands' USPs; train the team and Company's clients' teams; ensure sales teams have all needed marketing tools to reach assigned sales goals; participate in meetings with clients and other events, both in Lithuania and abroad.
