SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

This is a great opportunity to become a part of our Finance Team in Vilnius. You will play an important role in our company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with the law. BAA Training has offices in Vilnius, Lithuania; Barcelona and Lleida, Spain; Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:​

• Establishing and maintaining all the necessary accounting routines;
• Ensuring timely and valid financial reporting to the Group;
• Ensuring compliance in accordance with the laws and regulations, company policy and IFRS;
• Focus on tax compliance, state business registration, contract review and tax-filling;
• Preparing financial statements and annual reports;
• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures;
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager.

We dream about a team member who:

• Has hands on experience with Navision (would be an advantage);
• Has Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
• Has thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures;
• Is able to prepare financial statements and tax returns;
• Is able to work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment (especially Excel);
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in Lithuanian and English.
