Do you have great data, analytical and stakeholder management skills and experience in governance, risk and compliance? Then, we have an interesting job for you.
You will join our global specialized team focusing on outsourcing governance, risk and compliance. Our team is newly established and growing but 12 dedicated team members will welcome you on board. We are on a mission to build a best-practice outsourcing process enabling Danske Bank Group to achieve its strategic goals as a trusted financial partner.
Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you a different seniority of the role.
You will:
- Deliver insights on outsourcing risk, compliance and performance across the outsourcing portfolio in line with regulatory expectations and guidance
- Develop policies, procedures, tools and templates
- Be the process gatekeeper and ensure timely and efficient reporting processes to governance committees, senior and executive management levels across the Group
- Continuously build, implement, optimize and maintain the Outsourcing reporting processes
- Prepare regular reports and responds to add hoc reporting requests
- Collaborate and build a relationship with other risk and compliance specialists and teams, vendor managers, legal, and senior leadership.
- Translate data into tangible key messages
About you:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience with reporting on governance, risk and compliance
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using database management and Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of outsourcing, vendor management or risk management
- Ability to work with unstructured processes and information while providing meaningful insights
- Advanced English language skills
- Ability to build and maintain an effective relationship with different levels of stakeholders
- Knowledge of GDPR, Internal governance regulation of financial institutions, IT security or business continuity is also appreciated but not required
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
