Job description
* Perform call monitoring and evaluation, provide trend data to management team;
* Provide feedback and coaching to individual team members based on their interaction during calls;
* Compile and track performance data at team and individual level;
* Participate in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards;
* Create/recommend a plan of action to improve service level in call center environment;
* Lead the implementation of quality improvement and assurance process;
* Promote a culture of excellent customer service and teamwork;
* Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
* Extensive experience in customer service area at managerial level, preferably in an international environment;
* Excellent communication skills (in English), including ability to tailor communication to an audience to achieve desired results;
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills utilizing creativity and innovation;
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment;
* Similar experience in Quality Control would be an advantage;
* Ability to provide constructive feedback that would lead to furthering communication skills;
