Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced, skillful and proactive engineer to join our team in a new Orion Innovation office in Vilnius, Lithuania as QA Test Automation Engineer. A person in this role is expected to be a self-motivated contributor with hands-on Salesforce experience, fundamental QA knowledge and automation or/and prior programming skillset.
Overall responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to refine requirements and proactively address potential product usability, reliability, functionality, and performance-related issues, participate in creating test plans/test cases based on prioritized backlog
- Review project requirements, develop/execute automated test cases, prepare test data and provide clearly written documentation/reports to communicate results to team
- Collaborate with team to support UAT activities
- Test data preparation and test bed creation (environment set-up and configuration)
- Developed automated testing scripts analysis and adjustment to the new requirements
- Manual test cases analysis and automation
- Implementing automated API
- Support testing of major releases
- Be a part of SCRUM team
- Create testing reports
- Manages and mentors QA team members
Requirements:
- Hands-on Salesforce QA experience is a must
- Test automation experience
- Understanding of object-oriented programming languages (Python and/or C#)
- Automation Testing Frameworks / Tools experience (Selenium Webdriver, etc.)
- Experience with performance testing and automation (JMeter, WebLoad or similar)
- Work experience in the Agile environment
- Written and Spoken English, strong communication skills
- Ability to work on evening shifts in order to have overlap with a business stakeholders
Advantage:
- Experience with any or all of these frameworks/libraries/tools is considered as a strong plus:
- Process Flows, Omniscripts, Lightning, Java, Apex, Vlocity
- Salesforce certification: DEV, Architect, Consultant level
- Experience in cloud technologies (can be any cloud technology AWS, Azure etc.)
- Familiarity with Azure Devops, Jenkins, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks
- Strong SQL skills
- Automation test integration into the CI/CD pipeline
- Work ethics according to highest security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001
