We are currently inviting Procurement Specialist to join our team and ensure highest value procurement results for our organisation!

What you'll do:

Ensure best price and quality ratio in procurement process for non-commercial goods and services for Lidl in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
Timely plan, initiate and proceed with procurement activities
Negotiate and ensure best contractual conditions for our organisation
Ensure supplier management inside and outside Baltics
Follow, update and improve internal procurement policies
Collaborate with internal clients (business departments)
Participate in local and international projects
Execute administrative tasks, track KPIs and create presentations
Will be business owner of assigned procurement areas (i.e. services for Facility Managment, IT, Marketing, HR etc.)

About you:

Higher education in business administration, supply chain, technical or related field
At least 2 years of experience in project managment and procurement activities
Fluent in English verbal and in written
Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in international environment is a benefit
Proactive solution oriented personality with analytical mindset and organisational skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy, varied work environment
