Job description
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project schedules and resources to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Team Collaboration: Organize and lead meetings with partners, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain alignment and project progress.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate daily communication with sales managers, project teams, and external partners to ensure clarity and progress.
- Tender Analysis: Review and analyze tender requirements to ensure project alignment with specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks to mitigate potential project impacts
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, procurement, and key suppliers to meet quality and technical standards for deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in project management.
- Technical knowledge (education in engineering or experience in technical project management).
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong computer skills.
- Analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
