10+ years of development experience in Python, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, with a focus on full-stack web development.

Experience in Python, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, with a focus on full-stack web development.
Experience in building and deploying RAG-based Generative AI solutions, such as
Chatbots and Enterprise knowledge assistants, using Azure AI Search, ML Studio, Copilot Studio, LangChain, OpenAI API, or custom LLMs. Familiarity with ML
frameworks and NLP techniques.
Experience with MLOps workflows and pipeline automation.
Strong experience with web frameworks such as Django, FastAPI or Flask.
Experience in front-end development using modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB, Cosmos DB) database management systems.
Experience in designing architectures of cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure and GCP.
Experience with testing frameworks such as unittest, Pytest, Cypress and Jest.
Strong experience with app development and deployment using MS Teams.
Experience in version control systems such as git, and DevOps pipelines.
Experience in managing Docker containers and containerized environments.
Experience with Unix-like operating systems.
Strong understanding of secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and encryption.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Senior Software Engineer will lead our team in developing and maintaining complex web applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in both back-end and front-end development using Python, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring other developers, collaborating with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring the quality and scalability of our applications.

Lead the design, development and deployment of full-stack applications, integrating Python backends with modern front-end frameworks and libraries, which are deployed on leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
Build and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions aligned with organizational objectives, such as, LLM-based domain-specific AI Chatbots.
Lead the development of apps on collaborative platforms like MS Teams and the Viva suite.
Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
Present technical concepts and outcomes to leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
Write secure, reusable, testable, and performant code, and enforce best practices across the team.
Guide and mentor other developers, providing feedback and supporting their growth.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices, with a strong focus on secure and efficient coding practices.
Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and tools.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize development efforts.
Lead team meetings and discussions.
Manage GitHub repositories.
