Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst (Middle or Senior level) to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about turning ideas into reality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT system development and a proven track record of implementing effective solutions that meet business needs.

In this role, you will

Communicate with business representatives, gather stakeholder needs to form new product, processes requirements, and prepare requirements specification;
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions, ensuring that they meet business needs;
Be a proxy between business representatives and development team;
Analyze user experience in working with the system and suggest improvements;
Develop low-fidelity user interface prototypes of systems to visualize concepts and gather feedback;
Support the QA engineers with test activities (design test cases).

We expect

2+ years of experience in information system development and implementation projects;
Proven experience developing and launching products from scratch as IT Business Analyst/Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment;
Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field;
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to details skills;
Experience in business process modeling tools (BPMN or similar);
Are proactive, with a can-do attitude, structured, and focused on agreed actions and deliveries;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical people;
Strong work ethic, time management skills, and the ability to work independently;
Fluent written and spoken in English;
Knowledge of Lithuanian language is preferable;
Experience in logistics would be an advantage.
