Job description

formulating and controlling the financial policy for a group of companies;
managing working capital efficiently, overseeing cash flows, and ensuring liquidity control;
developing annual business development plans, economic targets, and budgets that align with income and expenses, while coordinating and ensuring accounting compliance;
executing and planning financial operations between group companies, ensuring compliance with audits and financial regulations of respective countries;
planning and managing working capital financing, collaborating with Lithuanian and international banks and other financial institutions;
managing risk, administering internal and external audits, and cooperating with auditors and tax consultants;
improving and optimizing operational and financial reporting tools and processes;
preparing monthly financial reports and providing operational information (e.g., financial forecasts, risk analyses) to the management;
managing foreign exchange risk;
collaborating with external accounting service providers for group companies and coordinating related activities.

Requirements

at least 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent role (in a production organization - would be an advantage);
a higher education degree in finance, economics or accounting;
experience in an international corporate group and experience in ERP implementation is a significant advantage;
ability to justify decisions based on financial and business insights;
initiative in providing insights and solutions, independence, and responsibility in managing assigned tasks;
flexibility and the ability to handle multiple large and diverse projects simultaneously;
proficiency in English.

a monthly salary starting from €5,800 (gross) to €7,400 depending on the candidate's expertise;
