Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Medical Marketing Manager to lead and innovate our marketing efforts across our diverse pharmaceutical portfolio. This executive role requires a visionary leader with a track record in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector, capable of crafting impactful marketing strategies, optimizing budgets, and guiding a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development & Implementation: Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for all product portfolios, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI.
- Producer Relations & Reporting: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with product manufacturers, providing detailed reporting and insight on market dynamics and campaign performance.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and accountability.
- RMB Processes: Drive RMB processes to ensure compliance, strategic alignment, and risk mitigation across marketing operations.
Requirements
- Proven 3-5 years experience in a senior marketing role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- A degree in medical or pharmaceutical field.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and developing a marketing team.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market research, strategic planning, and execution.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders, including producers and internal teams.
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management best practices within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Preferred Experience: Marketing expertise across the Baltic region.
