Job description
- Create and maintain the master data objects in accordance to agreed SLAs;
- Be responsible for the creation and management of product information and content for medical devices;
- Work closely with our Product Management (PM) department for gathering necessary information and documentation from suppliers and manufacturers;
- Review that the information given in the request is according to standards and suppliers requirement for identification;
- From data received, create usable content and record the data in Mediqs own PIM system, according to our data standard, a set of basic rules established by Mediq for the structured recording of product information;
- Enrichment of data according information from suppliers databases;
- Serve as the point of contact for other departments regarding master data issues for your own product range;
- Ensure compliance of material descriptions with defined templates and patterns;
- Continuance of services in times of (un)expected unavailability;
- Escalate data governance issues;
- Create and/or maintain Work Instructions;
- Suggest improvements and participate in improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of work experience preferred;
- Fluent Dutch (level B2 and above);
- Fluent English (level B2 and above);
- Completed higher education diploma;
- You are creative with content, a self-starter, a real go-getter, and administratively strong;
- You are analytically strong, necessary to analyze the relevant product features of medical devices;
- You are used to working in a structured and highly accurate manner without losing sight of the result;
- We expect a high degree of independence, and you are capable of working on a project basis;
- You quickly and easily familiarize yourself with unfamiliar applications and have knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams);
- Proficient Excel user: average level is mandatory, advanced level is a plus;
- IT literate (MS Office, data managing ERP etc.) or quick learner;
- Ability to work with multiple IT systems and within a multicultural environment;
- Knowledge or experience of SAP or PIM with an affinity for medical device care is definitely a plus;
- Adaptable to new changes.
