Lietuvos Draudimas is the largest insurance company in Lithuania. Were looking for a Team Lead to join two of our Scrum teams. Your main responsibility will be the health, morale, and efficiency of your team.


In This Position, You Will:

  • Work in the team to improve environment and processes that make teams life better
  • Cooperate and collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure continuous improvements
  • Apply Agile principles in your work
  • Foster Agile mindset and ensure effective SCRUM in the team
  • Focus on the professional and personal growth of your team members, complete their annual performance and growth reviews
  • Build and maintain a team of people who trust each other, seek to learn&improve, and strive to be self-organized
  • Contribute to IT strategy and decisions on IT departments ways of working


About You:

  • You have proven experience leading a team (software engineering team would be considered as advantage)
  • You advocate Agile mindset and have proven experience in leading SCRUM
  • You have a broad Agile toolset and are able to use different methods and tools to set and reach goals
  • You have experience in helping the team reach high performance and maturity
  • You have experience in building a team & hiring new team members
  • You are strong in growing team members and use appropriate methods like coaching, mentoring or teaching when required
  • You understand software development processes
  • You are excellent in communicating with both technical and management levels
  • You are able to adapt to changing environment
  • You are fluent at communicating in spoken and written English

The salary is from 4700 - 6000 Eur (before taxes), and depends on the competency and work experience of the candidate
