Description

Our team works in a back office with Denmark and Sweden customers we are currently providing services for. Your day would consist of taking care of financing and administration tasks related to leasing agreements and leasing payments and collaborating with colleagues locally in Lithuania and internationally.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).
*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.
You will:
- Take care of the financing and administrative tasks for new and existing leasing agreements
- Handle incoming payments related to leasing
- Maintain a constant dialogue with colleagues in Lithuania, Sweden and Denmark
- Participate in continuous process improvements using Lean principles
About you:
- Previous back office or administrative work experience
- Higher education or final-year student
- Ability to operate effectively and deliver results in a diverse environment with shifting priorities
- Customer-oriented and focused on quality and accuracy
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to share your knowledge
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills in writing, speaking, and understanding
- Willingness to learn and grow in a back-office setting
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
