We are currently looking for a Chief Business Consultant with substantial experience to join our amazing Business Performance Management team.
You will join the team that ensures proper both short-term and long-term strategic financial planning delivery and ensures proper financial management framework including costs control, recharge, project impact assessment and budget adherence for Financial Crime Prevention operational areas. In addition, this team manage 3rd party set-up related to Financial Crime Prevention operational areas and is main point of contact from Danske Bank side, ensuring proper price negotiation, resource allocation, documentation, and other non-operational activities. As a Chief Business Consultant, you will be working closely with resource planners, finance and change management teams and acting as their trusted partner, supporting sound and data-based decision-making. You will be responsible for guiding and educating teams responsible on project impact assessment process and preparing an overview relevant for financial planning.
The team is located in the Vilnius office, from where it supports operations across Lithuania, Poland, Denmark, and the Nordics and collaborates with central financial, tribe, and process governance teams.
Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you a different seniority of the role.
You will:
- Prepare and present high quality regular financial performance reporting package to Senior leaders, including strategic project impacts on operational units finances
- Coordinate project impact assessment process and prepare an overview relevant for cost forecasting, budgeting and target setting process
- Help to align financial processes with project impact assessment process to have trusted data for strategic financial planning
- Validate business case cost calculation and monitor benefit realization
- Support on ad-hoc requests related to performance management
About you:
- Experience in financial area is mandatory (expense management)
- Experience in project management/coordination skills is mandatory
- People-focused and able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Effective planning, communication & organizational skills
- Service minded and able to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills (English)
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
