Requirements:

Willingness to help customers and provide prompt service
Proven problem-solving skills
Bachelor/Master of Economics/Finance or related field
1-2 years customer support experience in the financial/investment sector experience with a Broker company is a plus
Languages: fluent Lithuanian and English

Responsibilities:

Assist the existing clients with their technical questions and help with working on the trading platform. Training related to the trading platform is provided
Monitoring the status of client requests
Dealing with customer complaints
KYC process implementation
Introducing of high standards of customer service
