Your Role:
- You will maintain employee information on in global and local HR systems.
- You will maintain and handle queries requiring amendment on systems.
- You will ensure the HR systems are kept up to date at all times.
- You will issue/ maintain various employee documentation
- You will monitor probation timelines of all new hire/promoted employees, ensure managers are informed of probation end.
- You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to comply with employment law.
- You will adhere and comply with risk, confidentiality and audit requirements.
- You will work closely with the Shared Services team to support on various HRSS initiatives and/or tasks as advised by the manager.
About You:
- You have a degree in Human Resources Management or Business-related field.
- You have HR administration experience, ideally from a financial services environment.
- You have a solid understanding of Human Resources functional areas and practices.
- You can demonstrate consultative skills gained in a similar role.
- You have a proven working knowledge of employment law and policies.
- You are attentive to detail and accurate.
- You have strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills.
- You are able to be flexible, resilient, you can multitask and prioritize effectively with shifting priorities and timeframe.
- You are able to work independently.
- You are fluent in English and Lithuanian.
