What You Have

Must have:
IIBA certification (CCBA, CBAP, ECBA, BATL), PMI-PBA, CPRE (International Requirments Engineering Board (IREB)) certifications or an equivalent internationally recognized certificate for the Business Analysis role
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Product Ownership
Proficient in guiding Business Analysis activities across all delivery phases (e.g., elicitation, requirements management etc.)
Ability to adhere to a structured software development process, swiftly acquiring project and domain knowledge from diverse sources
Expertise in project/product scope management
Skills in generating various requirement types such as business, user, system, and transition requirements
Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
Strong analytical, learning, creative and visual thinking skills
Knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages at a B2+ level

What Youll Do

Plan Business Analysis, including Business Analysis Information Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (artifacts templates, document structure, process flow, etc.)
Translate business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)
Choose new or adapt existing requirement's documentation framework to project needs
Select requirements change management approach and ensure the correct level of traceability to support it
Manage project/product backlog
