Our team is working in a back office with Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Northern Ireland customers we are currently providing services for. Your day would consist of taking care of financing and administration tasks related to leasing agreements and leasing payments and collaborating with colleagues here in Lithuania and internationally.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.
You will:
- Take care of the financing and administration tasks of new and existing leasing and factoring agreements
- Handle incoming payments related to the leasing
- Maintain a constant mutual dialogue with colleagues in Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Northern Ireland
- Participate in continuous process improvements using Lean principles
About you:
- Higher education or final-year student
- Ability to operate effectively and deliver results in a diverse environment with shifting priorities
- Customer-oriented and focused on quality and accuracy
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to share your knowledge
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills in writing, speaking, and understanding
- Previous back office or administrative work experience would be beneficial
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1160 EUR to 1740 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
