1. Analysis of Financial Market Situation:
- Stay updated on economic news, market trends, and relevant indicators through reputable sources.
- Utilize financial analysis tools to analyze market data, including historical performance, industry benchmarks, and potential risks.
- Apply fundamental and technical analysis techniques to conclude the current financial market situation.
2. Communication about Investments:
- Act as a spokesperson on topics related to investments, prepare key messages and talking points based on thorough research and analysis.
- Develop a comprehensive communication strategy and ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information that addresses both internal and external stakeholders, coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary data and insights for effective communication.
- Engage in proactive media outreach by building relationships with journalists covering investment-related news.
3. Initiatives to Increase Employees' Awareness about Investments:
- Organize workshops, webinars, or training sessions to educate employees about investment basics, risk management strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR, marketing, and communication departments to incorporate investment-related topics into existing programs.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant information applicable to MiFID employees.
- University degree in the fields of economics, finance, business administration and management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial markets-related field.
- Solid understanding of financial markets infrastructure, products and related legal regulatory constraints.
- Knowledge of local market characteristics, preferences, and trends (customers and competitive landscape).
- Public speaking skills and confidently convey your thoughts to the audience.
- Excellent English and Lithuanian skills.
