Your mission:

As the Customer Service Representative within the Open Banking Team you will play a pivotal role when it comes down to communication with Nuvei merchants, providing guidance, feedback, and support, while working closely with partners and internal team members.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Providing basic operational support and guidance to merchants and partners on the Open Banking platform through phone calls, tickets, and emails;
Analyzing requests and inquiries and escalating when necessary;
Providing relevant system support and access to clients;
Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving merchant problems;
Reconciling transactions and settlements for merchants and partners;
Performing a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties;
Providing continuous feedback on how to improve processes and customer satisfaction;
Accurately documenting and updating merchant records;
Ensuring data integrity with all changes across all systems;
Assisting other areas as necessary and as business needs and capacity allows;
Providing end-user support for merchants and partners in the gaming industry;
Educating merchants, partners, and users on ACH-related processes.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Exceptional Customer Service skills;
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written);
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships;
Teamwork and leadership skills;
Problem-solving and helpful attitude;
Excellent attention to detail, strong investigative and analytical skills;
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under a deadline;
Efficiently multi-task and prioritize;
Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Adobe.

Monthly salary from 1300 EUR (gross before taxes). Specific salary is offered based on competence, work experience, and compliance with other job requirements.

Additional information:

This position requires working from Tuesday to Saturday, 8am - 5pm (Sunday, Monday days off).
