• Monitor changes in customer base, customers behaviour and product portfolios;
• Participate in sales planning, KPI setting and follow up processes;
• Define potential target groups for growing sales and improving offers;
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external use;
• Discover valuable insights from large data sets and providing input for making business decisions;
• Develop, implement and maintain analytical value-added services for corporate customers.

What is needed in this role:

• Understanding of corporate banking business and products (especially Financing area);
• Excellent analytical skills including ability to work with BI tools;
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with creative problem solving attitude;
• An interest in corporate banking and how a corporates needs and challenges change throughout life stages;
• Excellent communication skill to be able to convey ideas and analyze results effectively verbally and in writing to a non-technical audience;
• Ability to work individually and in cross-functional teams;
• Good working knowledge with MS Office Excel;
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
