What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one
• Strong Go and/or C++ programming skills with 6+ years of practical experience (at least 1 year of work experience in Go and C++, each)
• Ability to provide technical mentorship for engineers in the team, lead development, refactoring project work
• Good understanding of information security practices
• Good written and spoken English
• Eagerness to learn and advance

Its an advantage if you have:

• Working experience with financial institutions or especially, payment cards systems, e-commerce systems
• Migration/re-architecture experience of C++ to Golang
• Experience in Java/Oracle development or other technologies we use
• Experience in APIs, queue management, containerization, batch processing, Azure platform
• Experience in Windows\Unix system maintenance, scripting (shell/python/etc.)
• Experience working in Agile environment
