YOUR TASKS:

• Close cooperation with finance, accounting and business units to ensure smooth and accurate period close and reporting processes;
• Involvement in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting standards (IFRS);
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes;
• Conduct control and analysis of FL Technics Group entities financial and operational performance;
• Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives, perform ad hoc requests and implementation of Group policies. Also, participation in Power BI development and implementation project.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Analytical and data driven mindset with experience in data management and proficiency with MS Excel supported by ability to summarize information for illustrative conclusions, raise questions and propose solutions;
• Good understanding of the financial and managerial accounting processes and principles (incl. IFRS);
• Experience in preparation of consolidated financial statements;
• Experience of at least 2-3 years in similar field (financial analysis/controlling, financial accounting and reporting), preferably in international company;
• Good communication and planning skills, fluent English;
• Navision Dynamics/Business Central, BI knowledge and experience with databases is an advantage.
