Your responsibilities will include:
· Selling the company's target products to foreign markets in the B2B segment.
· Defining and prioritizing technical product requirements, ensuring alignment with overall product goals, and facilitating effective communication inside the organization.
· Communicating and negotiating with customers.
· Preparing technical and commercial offers and concluding contracts.
· Collaborating closely with other departments such as laboratory, manufacturing, and supply.
· Searching for new customers.
· Participating in exhibitions, seminars, and visiting customers.
We are looking for someone with:
· Technical engineering or physics background - mandatory.
· Experience in B2B sales.
· Excellent English skills (both spoken and written).
· Splendid communication skills.
· A proactive approach and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
· Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and not being afraid of challenges.
· Experience in technical hardware sales or laser technologies (considered as an advantage).
In return, we offer:
· A monthly salary ranging from 3000 EUR to 4000 EUR (gross).
The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and competencies, plus a bonus based on your success in reaching targets.
