Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

• Supervise CAMO planning activities, including team management and maintenance scheduling.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and optimize maintenance scheduling for cost-effectiveness.

• Oversee work order processes and subcontracted maintenance checks.

• Maintain accurate records in the Maintenance Management System (MMS) and update database as required.

• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Review contracts and collaborate with internal focal points for system upgrades.

• Support Airworthiness Reviews (ARC) process.

• Incorporate maintenance and component history data for new aircraft.

• Collaborate on aircraft deliveries and redeliveries.

• Assist the Head of Planning in duties and supervision.

• Aeronautical university or Aviation Management degree and minimum 5 years work experience PART-145 and/or PART-M organizations/ CAMO Planning or related field.

• Knowledge of applicable aviation regulations, CAME, company procedures and other applicable company procedures.

• Excellent organizational and managerial skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively.

• Good Knowledge of English language.

• Knowledge of relevant Maintenance Program of aircraft.
