Strategic Staffing Solutions International client Nasdaq is a vibrant and entrepreneurial company where everyone is encouraged to take initiative, challenge the status quo, and take intelligent risks. Currently, they are seeking a Marketing Specialist.

You will be a part of a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven European Marketing Team, focusing on promoting offerings in Fixed Income, Clearing, and Carbon. The role involves planning, developing, and executing marketing programs, launching and positioning products, and measuring marketing performance to ensure continuous improvement. Working closely with business, sales, and product stakeholders to identify and implement marketing strategies.

What will you be doing?

• Developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and product promotions through a range of channels both on and offline

• Collaborating with product and sales teams to understand market needs and develop marketing collateral, including presentations, sales enablement collateral, website updates, customer communications, white papers and other thought leadership initiatives, event support, and more

• Determining concepts and approaches to design, develop, and implement marketing activities and materials such as brochures and audio/visual materials

• Managing relationships with external agencies ensuring that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines, and budget

• Promoting Nasdaq involvement in conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing events

• Analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for optimization

• Working with the business and marketing specialists to model and lead the marketing funnel, its different stages, and the handoff to sales

• Tracking marketing ROI on sales pipeline, trade volume, and business unit growth

• Actively seeking challenging assignments and is genuinely excited about exploring new opportunities to improve marketing

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• 6-8 years of marketing experience with a focus on financial services, ESG/sustainability, investment/trading

• Proven B2B demand generation marketing success and experience building marketing funnels and understanding sales pipeline

• Good understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory environment

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and understand marketing metrics

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools i.e. Marketo, etc.

• Salesforce and funnel management experience essential, as well as reporting, data & analytics
