The company is looking for a new team member for full-time work as a Senior Accountant.

Your responsibilities will be:

Supervise accounting process in Lithuania to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of all transactions (including invoice processing, Shopping Carts creation and supervising of employees' expense reporting)
Coordinate and share accounting information with relevant finance-shared service centres and outsourced finance service providers
Coordinate fixed asset management at a local level, including Asset Track system details and reconciliations
In cooperation with third parties ensure timely and accurate tax reporting
Provide financial information for reporting, forecasting and controlling purposes
Prepare routine monthly/quarterly and different ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate monthly payroll-related tasks with outsourced partner (including the reconciliation and collection of time and other payroll inputs)
Participate in audits, support Finance Controller, Finance Director and collaborate with relevant stakeholders
Support business functions with accounting and financial advice

Job Requirements:

Experience in accountant or chief accountant position
Degree in relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Economics)
Good knowledge of Lithuania accounting and tax legislation
Strong analytical, problem solving and collaboration skills
Self-motivation with great follow-up skills and the ability to work independently
Readiness to meet deadlines with accuracy
Strong computer skills in Excel, ERP systems
Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages
