Your role:

A junior SecOps engineer is needed to expand the VaultSpeed DevOps team. We are expanding the team – based in Lithuania - with a new SecOps-engineer role. Our ambition is to further secure our cloud infrastructure with the help of an external Security partner. Next to helping in the Security enhancement project, you will also help the Ops-team process incoming requests from our internal Service Desk application. We need someone who can work in a collaborative team environment that is geographically spread. The team operates a cloud-based set of resources spread in multiple regions in Europa and other parts of the world. The internal customer base comprises developers, QA engineers, sales-people, and marketing people. The external customers are consumers of our Cloud-based tool and are geographically spread in all countries. VaultSpeed has agreements with partners for certain parts of the service offering.

• Administer Azure cloud resources (including O365) focus on security part
• Administer the VaultSpeed Identity management system
• Standard operating procedures on Azure cloud resources
• Act as the primary contact with VaultSpeed security partner
• Work with security officer to translate the VaultSpeed policies into ITOps documents and procedures
• Administer Atlassian services (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket etc.)
• Configure and manage the VaultSpeed security tools
• Participate in SOC working groups
• Participate in daily internal support-activities
• Spot Infrastructure vulnerabilities, Security monitoring, and alert investigations
• Quickly understand technical documents (operations guides, Installation and configuration guides, software release notes, ) and execute them.
• Writing technical documentation (English)
• Script simple repeatable operation tasks (example: Shell, Python, PowerShell or others).
• Raise the flag in case of unclarity or ambiguity of a customer request.
