With this specific position, we invite you to join Data Enablers squad. We own data foundation providing insights & analytics on Retail investment products, enabling business decision-making and self-empowered data driven insights.
With Turn to New Tech, we set out to accelerate the adoption of modern technologies and engineering practices into our way of developing. Opening a new page and exploring cloud solutions to land Retail investment data is our current ambition and goal.
On daily basis, you will work, collaborate and have fun with 4 data engineers and 2 business analysts within the squad and many more in our Tribe and organization.

You will:
- Engage with different stakeholders in the business to define investment-related business terms, processes, and data needs
- Align with IT stakeholders to understand data processing and availability on banks production systems
- Structure business needs, compile those with data findings, and provide consolidated requirements to the data engineers
- Translate conceptual ideas into visual representations to drive effective data decision making across organisation
- In collaboration with a broader team, build a solution for reliable, robust, and easily accessible investment data repository
- Consult analysts from other areas in the bank on investment data related questions
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in IT / data & analytics area
- Proven experience with SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar, Python/R experience is beneficial
- Excited about exploring new areas and engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and requirements
- Willing to see a bigger picture and understand actual underlying business problems and needs
- Have an analytical mindset, problem-solving, communication and facilitation skills
- It would be beneficial if you have previous expertise with cloud technology and knowledge or experience working in investment area
- Advanced English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
