IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• plan projects: define project scope, goals, and milestones that meet our business goals
• develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
• effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• monitor and report on project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary
• proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
• ensure project documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date
• evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement post-project
• track project status and payback after go-live of the project

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• possess English language skills at a B2 level or higher-proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successful project delivery
• strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Lean, Prince,etc.)
• have excellent communication skills
• have strong leadership and team management abilities
• are proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications

OUR OFFER

Salary:

We are offering an attractivecompensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. For this position we offer a salary range of 18-24 Eur/h (~2000 Eur – 3980 Eur) pre-tax.

• In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes
