Sourcing and Supply Chain at Telia is responsible for managing strategic supplier relationships and our interaction with our external suppliers. To be successful in this role, you need to have experience as a strategic buyer, Sourcing Manager, or similar role, preferable within the areas of: Product Sourcing, Telecom, Facility Management, Building & Construction and/or Field Services.

We are looking for You who can handle the whole sourcing process end to end, manage stakeholder expectations and handle selected supplier relationships. You have an organized and structured way of working, including Self Leadership when planning and following up on activities and you have a fact-based way of making decisions.

This role is strategic which means that you should be able to have an total view understanding when evaluating situations and leading discussions. You are not afraid of leading negotiations with C-level management in the suppliers organization as well as internal stakeholders, you understand cost brake down discussions, and you can manage several projects at the same time.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Supporting our stakeholders in sourcing and contracting of services and products within the Infrastructure Services area (Technical Sites FM/RE, Network Construction, Technical Consultants, Maintenance and Deliveries, Passive Material)  
• Creating Category Strategies
• Constantly seeking for opportunities to simplify processes, create value and work in more efficient way
• Responsibility for updating the needed digital tools
• Lead RFX (RFI, RFP, RFQ) processes end to end
• Work both locally and cross countries on several/different projects at the same time.

Is this You?

The profile we are looking for has a solid track record in the sourcing and procurement area in combination with experience from negotiations and contract writing/management. You have the ccapability to use alternative sourcing tools and methods. Moreover, you have an analytical and data-driven approach and are used to make market and business analyses.

Your personal competencies:

• Proven Self Leadership
• Familiar with cost break-down and TCO.

Your experience:

• > 3 years of experience to manage suppliers, negotiate and write contracts and lead sourcing projects end to end
• Solid technology understanding and curiosity about new technology
• Experience from collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders across the organization
• Solid English language skills (B2 and above, written and spoken)
• Strong in the MS Office suite
• Academic background in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant (advantage)
• Previous experience from working within the Telecom sector or product manufacturer (advantage).
