We are currently seeking an Experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic cross-functional projects and initiatives in the EMEA region. Our Program Management team is focused on driving business transformations to support and enable organizational efficiency and growth. About the Role:

Collaborate with business and functional partners to specify project/program requirements.
Develop an execution plan and approach based on the project's scope, expected timeline, and available resources.
Ensure that pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed, while driving simplification and improvement as necessary.
Support the execution team with resolving roadblocks and interdependencies.
Manage project risks, scope changes, and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.
Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting.
Verify the quality of deliverables to match stakeholder expectations.
Track project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction levels through established metrics against service levels.

About You:

University degree.
3-5 years of advanced experience in project management in a global organization.
Stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively evaluate information and data to make decisions, anticipate obstacles, and develop plans to resolve issues.
Strong customer service orientation.
Change-oriented mindset that actively generates process improvements, drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities, and executes accordingly.
PMP, PRINCE2 or related Project/Program Management certifications.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 3100 EUR gross.
