The role of Accounts Receivable Supervisor is to support and develop the transactional team within EMEA Finance to drive towards best-in-class performance. The role will cover all aspects of Debt Collections and Cash Applications.

About the Role:

Drive and support service delivery for Debt Collections and Cash Applications across EMEA.
Monitor and maintain customer aging reports, identifying trends and potential problem accounts.
Support debt recovery strategies with a view to implementing improvements across EMEA.
Manage collections activities and form strong relationship with sales and customer service teams to ensure accuracy in customer billing and follow-up on outstanding, aged balances.
Play a key role in stabilising existing and new processes for Accounts Receivable, including developing and reporting operational KPIs.
Conduct required control checks on automated allocations, across EMEA, to ensure confidence and integrity of the process. Responsible for the rollout of this process across existing markets, where it is not yet in production, and new markets.
Support and develop the team during periods of significant growth strategies in EMEA, constantly focused on service delivery and operational excellence.
Supervise and lead the team to ensure proper onboarding, work allocation, team performance and development.
Develop a team culture of continuous process improvement as well as searching for increased efficiency and ready adaptation to align to the evolving demands of the wider organization.
Assist with other ad-hoc reporting and projects as necessary.

About You:

Oracle or other major ERP system experience required.
Experience with SalesForce or other CRM system would be an advantage.
Understanding of main principles of accounting & finance.
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel required.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong people management skills and customer service mindset.
Proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
BA/ BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or relevant degree is a plus.
3+ years' broad experience within accounting/ accounts receivable/ collection environment.
2+ years experience in a similar supervisory role essential.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment as company continues to grow.
Self-disciplined with experience of maintaining accurate documentation and following procedures.
Experience, and delivery, of process improvement.
Experience working in a multi-function finance team within a multi-site matrix / dotted reporting line model would be beneficial.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,100 EUR gross.
