Requirements for candidates

1-2 years of experience within a bank or fintech, preferably within SME lending
Knowledge of SME lending products
Excellent sales capabilities, ability to work with newest CRM systems
Results-driven and self-motivated with a real passion to grow and succeed
Fluent in Lithuanian and English both oral and written
Positive mindset, proactive and enjoys working with people
Excellent communication skills with a good mix of commercial insight and financial 'know-how'
Experience in taking the lead during discussions, negotiations and when closing deal

Job description

Growing Lithuanian loan book by closing inbound business loan applications
Consistently following up on leads and maintain a daily active pipeline
Selling existing customers with new top up loans and additional products
Retaining customers by contacting them, solving their open issues and offering special individual offers
Assisting client journey through all the process down to disbursement of funds
Negotiating with customers on of payment terms, including but not limited to restructure proposals, collection procedures
Ensuring all calls and services are maintained following best-in-class customer expectations standards
Ensuring collection of all needed customer documentation
With customers needs and additional value in focus, proposing on improvement of companys products and services
