HR Process Owner
In our HR department we are looking for HR Process Owner who will be one of key players in Avia Solutions Group HR processes digital strategy.
The HR Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of HR-related IT projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, such as HR teams, IT departments, vendors, and end-users, to ensure successful project delivery. The primary objective is to shape and align HR processes with technology solutions to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and improve the overall HR experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Group`s subsidiaries HRs and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions;
- Define system specifications, workflows, and user interfaces based on HR process needs;
- Ensure alignment between HR policies, processes, and the chosen IT solution;
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor their performance, and ensure timely delivery of contracted services;
- Coordinate training sessions and provide user support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the implemented solutions;
- Communicate and promote the benefits of the new HR IT systems to stakeholders;
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios to validate system functionality;
- Conduct system integration testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Identify and resolve issues and bugs through collaboration with IT teams and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (would be an advantage);
- Experience in IT projects, preferably in an implementation or project management role;
- Understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems would be beneficial;
- Knowledge of HR software solutions and IT infrastructure (advantage);
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and work within deadlines.
