Come join a highly skilled and motivated Vendor Management Team. We are a team of contract, finance and supplier managers across Denmark, Lithuania and India who are responsible for managing external vendors critical to Danske Bank. We take great pride in supporting our business by ensuring the agreed performance, value and compliance of the contracts. We build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for your own portfolio of vendors and work closely with, for example, the contract owners, our own team of contract managers, procurement managers, etc. We are very focused on creating a good collaborative working environment professionally as well as socially and supporting a hybrid working environment.

You will:

  • Ensure that ongoing service delivery of critical and complex IT and banking services and associated support meet agreed needs and service levels
  • Be accountable for a portfolio of vendors of varying complexity, including being accountable for their performance
  • Participate in the negotiation of Service Level Agreements (internally and externally)
  • Identify and encourage continuous improvement initiatives to achieve service excellence across IT operations processes
  • Identify and manage risk and compliance issues; manage deviations from committed supplier deliverables
  • Be an advisor and facilitator for Service Design activities that ensure that all Services are negotiated agreed upon and documented
  • Organize operational interfaces for vendors, ensuring effective and efficient process interfaces
  • Provide direction and leadership to all relevant stakeholders (including suppliers)

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience managing vendors, delivering IT services from the vendor side or similar
  • Expertise in supplier management and other processes, especially service level management and corporate vendor management or procurement processes
  • Experience with developing, designing, and implementing supplier performance management discipline
  • Background in identifying, reviewing, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proven skills in developing and managing stakeholders (internally and externally)
  • Competence in drafting and negotiating IT SLAs
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills
  • Background in a large corporation and experience in the financial sector (would be considered a plus)

Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
