Working with analysis and implementation as a Business Analyst, you support the team in running the business improvements at Danske Bank. Our team
Our team is the newly established Data & Analytics function for Danske Bank, working with each of the businesses to accelerate the adoption of data and utilize analytics and data science to enhance our products and services to our clients. Data Transformation is part of the Data & Analytics team. Data & Analytics are one of the central enablers identified as a priority by Danske Banks Executive Leadership Team with significant mandate and support.
You will:
- Deliver change using a variety of methodologies, including iterative, Agile and MVP approaches
- Work closely with business partners to develop specific capabilities and enhancements
- Collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an agile framework
- Identify opportunities to improve our processes and documentation
- Work with change management initiatives and activities
About you:
- Experience in gathering and documenting in-depth requirements that contribute to the design, build, and implementation of solutions
- Should have a proven history of successfully analyzing complex business analyst tasks and implementing technical solutions to deliver business improvements
- Extensive experience in management reporting and management of risks and issues
- Product Owner and/or Project Management experience with experience working with Agile methodologies would be an advantage
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in business analysis tools, techniques and best practice, which includes identifying opportunities to improve our processes and documentation
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
