In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior management. The position will provide you with broad experience and insight into Danske Bank and the opportunity to support the development of a team of highly skilled and committed colleagues.
Our team is the newly established Data & Analytics function for Danske Bank, working with each of the businesses to accelerate the adoption of data and utilize analytics and data science to enhance our products and services to our clients. The Data & Analytics team consists of Data Management, Data Platform, Data Transformation, Analytics Center of Excellence, Data Program Delivery, Business Intelligence, and Data Governance. Data & Analytics are one of the central enablers identified as a priority by Danske Banks Executive Leadership Team, with significant mandate and support.
You will:
- Support managers and employees on organizational and communication-related matters
- Proactively identify needed actions as well as plan and prioritize activities to support the administration and coordination of tasks
- Strive to increasingly understand the risks associated with your tasks and the regulatory requirements and manage these risks in collaboration with your colleagues
- Perform your role in line with regulatory requirements, the groups policies, and our core values
About you:
- Experience in a relevant role, e.g., coordinator or PA
- High level of English skills, both orally and written
- Basic competencies in Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Analytical mind-set and ability to prioritize and coordinate
- Advanced English skills, verbal and written
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1760 EUR to 2640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
