Project Manager - Aircraft and Engines Acquisitions, Leasing, Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the acquisition, leasing, and sales of aircraft and engines, reporting direct to Vice President Aircraft Acquisitions, Leasing, Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all acquisition, leasing and sale related activities that include collection/provision of relevant data from buyer/to seller, technical valuations, tax assessment, logistics and legal related tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with buyers, sellers as well as internal/external suppliers.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical assessments of aircraft and engines with the support of the technical department
• Coordinate aircraft and engines documentation, including maintenance records, logbooks
• Manage aircraft and engines logistics, including transportation, storage, and delivery
• Assess tax implications and coordinate tax-related documentation (with support of Tax Assessment department)
• Follow deadlines in agreements and coordinate activities accordingly
• Prepare aircraft valuation reports and provide recommendations based on market analysis
• Work with buyers and sellers to obtain or provide necessary documentation
• Occasionally participate in conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments as well as to meet buyers and sellers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as aviation, engineering, or business management
• At least 3 years of experience in project management role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Can do attitude, ability to think outside the box
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and understand complex contracts
• Experience in Aviation would be an advantage
