Master Data process expert

In Girteka, we seek excellence in everything we do. To ensure smooth SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, etc. implementation process we are looking for enterprise Master Data Process Expert who will be responsible for building, leading, and driving enterprise-wide master data governance for the Business Partner (Customer and vendor) domain to promote single-source-of-truth. 

Your Responsibilities

• Define, develop, clearly and effectively communicate, implement, and maintain the master data of the enterprise Business Partners and contracts.
• Take ownership of the Business Partner domain to work with all relevant stakeholders across the enterprise and lead all aspects of its governance such as change management, maintenance, information model and implementation roadmaps.
• Promote master data as an asset and use data-driven thinking by developing an honest data product mindset and data literacy. Empower people to own a piece of their data.
• Collaborate with the Global MDM Team Leader and other stakeholders to deliver and maintain MDM Framework.
• Influence the organizational setup to improve the efficiency of Business Partner data management and provisioning.
• Own the domain and manage it with an enterprise-wide agile mindset.

Our expectations

• Bachelor / Masters degree in Business or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3+ years of functional and/or strategic master data management experience. 1+ years of data governance practices (advantage).
• Experience in implementing enterprise-wide Business Partner (Customers & Vendors) governance models. Experience with Enterprise Applications (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) across several business units would be considered as an advantage.
• You have (hands-on) experience with data management or data transformation tools, also solving challenges for master data management, data quality problems or complex data integration.
• Focused on quality. Ability to operate and make decisions in fast changing environment.
• Proven track record of being able to deliver and work effectively in a matrixed organization across geographies and divisions.
• Agile Mindset and experience to work in / with Agile Organizations.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English. Russian would be considered as an advantage.
