Works over a broad network of internal departments and customers organizations to perform accurate and timely contract set ups, membership updates and pricing updates.
Frequently interacts with internal and external contacts to resolve variances contract issues.
Resolves issues in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Uploading contract and membership information to the contract system.
Ensures appropriate and timely processing of requests for the contact and membership updates.

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires one (1) + years of experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in centralized/shared services is preferred.
