TP-Link is currently seeking a Business Development Manager who will carry out sales efforts being responsible for expanding relationships with distributors and resellers in the area of SMB networking products in the Baltics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop B2B networking business and maintain strong, long-lasting, productive relationships with distributors in Baltics
• Suggest product/price sales strategy and execute it
• Promote the growth of sales volumes and strive for the achievement of sales goals
• Go on business trips within the Baltic countries to build and maintain cooperation with clients
• Continuous analysis of the market trends and competitor activities and providing suggestions for improvements
• Daily coordination and cooperation with internal departments to meet the requirements of the customers

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development position in the networking field, understanding the Baltics market & trends well
• B2B networking sales/project management experience
• In-depth knowledge of product portfolio: CCTV security, switch, Business Wi-Fi
• Professional network of contacts and direct relationship with B2B partners
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Well-developed communication, and negotiation skills, self-motivated & goal and result orientation
• Pro-active approach and ability to work independently
• Drivers license and the ability to use your car for work purposes
